The Bluegrassn Chapter, chartered in 1917, assists clients in a local ten-county area consisting of Bourbon, Casey, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Harrison, Jessamine, Nicholas, Powell, and Scott counties by providing the following services:

WHEELS Transportation Program
Locally, the Red Cross provides relief to the victims of more than 200 disasters each year, provides more than 1,800 individual services to our military service men and women and their families, and trains nearly 12,000 individuals in lifesaving skills.
