The American Red Cross receives no federal or state funding to carry out its mission of assisting victims of disaster and helping people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.  The Bluegrass Chapter relies on the kindness of individuals and organizations in order to continue its vital work.  Our ability to respond in times of crisis and to help prepare for emergency situations is solely dependent upon the generosity of our friends and neighbors.
